Jessica. Twenty Two. Mother. Wife. Fitblr.
We live in a society that believes "thin is in". Having spent years trying to achieve that I wore myself sick with anorexia and twisted ideas of how I needed to look. Now I work hard to be in shape, to be healthy, and to be the best me that I can be. I don't promote eating disorders. I believe in recovery. I believe in moderation. I believe in loving your body no matter how you look. Sometimes I don't like what I see in the mirror, but I'm the only one that can change that.I AM A FITBLR.
Disclaimer: Nothing on this blog, unless it's physical text written by me or pictures with my URL firmly attached to it, are mine. I find pictures everywhere: Tumblr, Xanga, Pinterest, along with a few other obscure sites. I don't know who makes them, whether it's you or some 42 year old male in Bangladesh. If you want to be sourced, tell me the post URL and I will source you.
If you’ve lost one pound. If you’ve lost a hundred pounds. If you’ve kicked your junk-food habit. If you’ve eaten a vegetable today. If you walked a block today. If you ran a mile. If you put down a glass of Coke. If you drank five glasses of water. If you’ve cut 1000 calories or if you’ve cut 100, take a second to marvel at how far you’ve come and how far you’re able to go.
